Hi there!
I'm Josh Berliner, and I'm a licensed architect (Pennsylvania, license #RA408650), designer, and fabricator from San Francisco, CA. I hold a Masters in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Philosophy from Whitman College.
I have a wide range of design interests including product and furniture design, lighting design, and architecture ranging in scale from small pavilions and all the way up to core & shell buildings and airports.
My expertise is in hospitality design with a focus on wineries & commercial development, interior workplace design, mixed-use development/building repositioning, and construction administration. I have worked as an architectural designer, technical designer, fabricator, and maker at several firms in the San Francisco Bay Area and currently work at Taylor Lombardo Architects in San Francisco.
When not designing wineries or building furniture in my shop, I can usually be found in the mountains enjoying time on my bike or snowboard, cooking, or enjoying tie with my friends and family.
